Madhusthali has always aimed at the overall development of its students. With the previous years' glories, we have a hard-won reputation for producing competitive youngsters across all age groups.
The Basketball Court of Madhusthali was filled with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere on 10th July 2024 as we conducted ASISC Zonal Basketball Competition in which 9 teams participated from 4 schools of Deoghar Zone - St.Francis School Deoghar, Carmel School, Madhupur, Carmel School Giridih and the host school Madhusthali Vidyapeeth, Madhupur, under the categories of under 17 & 19 for both boys and girls.
Our heartiest congratulations goes to Madhusthali Basketball team for securing the second runners up under 19 girls category and runners up in the under 17 & 19 boys category and 2nd runners up in the under 17 girls category.
The budding players were beset by various emotions like apprehension, pride, aggression. But at the end they learned that a game is not only about winning – it is also about knowing how to accept defeat gracefully. It is about trying to strategize and also evaluate their strengths and hopes, while representing our school, which indeed motivated them to perform better in the following years.
The other teams also took it in the same sportsman spirit and gracefully congratulated the winning house. It was a grand success that would not have been possible without the unending support and co- operation of our coordinators, teachers In-charges, and our Sports Teachers.

We extend our gratitude to our respected Campus Administrator, Admin Staff, Activity Coordinator, Senior School Coordinator, Sports Teachers and all the other teachers on duty for your selfless and continuous support to make this event a success.
